The Tour started yesterday (Friday), in Copenhagen, and boy, were the sides of the streets packed with spectators! The Danes clearly turned out in force to cheer on the Danish riders, the Belgians, French, Columbians, and all the others before the peloton makes it into France for the rest of the race. At least that’s what I saw on my NBC Peacock feed that I purchased for the month of July, to watch the action.
Is anyone out there in Denmark at the moment, and did you/will you be including any of the Tour in your sightseeing plans?
