What are your interests? Will you have a car? What time of year will you be there? Who makes up "our"? You and a spouse? a family?

My husband and I will have a day in port in Skagen and we like to do walks "on our own".

One thing on my bucket list is Grenen, where the North Sea and the Kattegat Sea meet. From the center of town, there appears to be a bus that will drop you at the parking lot. I think there is also a bike path, so you could rent bikes in town. It looks like about a 2-hour walk each way, along the water. Here is some info:
