We are traveling from Copenhagen to Stockholm on June 9. For travels after June 4, the sj.se website directs you to their “new booking system”. where København H is no longer available as a choice in the “From” field. It appears that we have to go to Copenhagen Airport, is this correct? TIA for the help.
Hi,
It works, you just have to type "Köpenhamn H" instead - that's the Swedish name for Copenhagen. So just seems like they haven't made the translations (yet) in the new system.
Ahh Thank you so much!!
Yes, the new booking system is a bit varied when it comes to spellings. The central station is Köpenhamn H, but Nörreport and Österport uses the strange hybrid spelling Köpenhavn. The airport is called Copenhagen Airport, but Oslo airport is called Oslo Lufthavn. The bus station in Copenhagen is called Köbenhavn Ingerslevsgade (Danish spelling but with Swedish ö instead of ø), and there are many Norwegian and German stations in the booking system with inconsequential names, so there is still a bit of work needed.
(Also, since this is a question about a Swedish company's booking system for a trip mostly in Sweden, the Sweden forum might have been better.)
