We plan on taking a train from Copenhagen to Odense for a day trip in late August using a Eurail Rail pass, just wanted to know is it ok if we do not reserve seats in advance? Our pass is 1st class usually is less crowed, but since is still in summer peak time & not sure if it's necessary. Just want to save some money for the additional rsv fee on the rail pass.
Also we'll be using the pass for the high speed train from Stockholm to Oslo in mid August, same thing should we reserve seats in advance? Guess this one might be a bit risky if not...?!
