We purchased our Copenhagen Card and tried to book timed entry tickets for Rosenborg castle for our trip in August.
I did not see an option to book timed entry tickets using the Copenhagen card. How do you do that ?

As the linked info states you can’t book a time with the card.
I was in Copenhagen last month and also had the city card. I made the decision to buy a ticket for the castle ahead of time so I had a guaranteed time for early am. I did not want to risk getting a later time and having to come back. For me the additional expense was worth it.

I don’t pass by Rosenborg often, but I have seen them being sold out for the day if you come in the afternoon, in the summertime. So if you plan on visiting Rosenborg with the Copenhagen Card, I recommend coming early in the day to secure yourself a ticket - but still, it is not guaranteed you can get in right away, as that depends on availability.
