In September we will be in Denmark finding my roots in three small villages spread out through the country. We will need a car for this. I suspect we will be out of cell coverage. Any suggestions about paper (shock!?) road maps?
Thanks,
Lane

Thanks Steve!
You can probably find maps at any gas station, decent book store or airport souvenir shop once you get here, but I do understand the draw of having one While you plan your trip.
Just out of curiosity, which villages are you going to?
Thanks for the reply. Villages: Kirke Helsinge, Lisbjerg and Norre Vissinge. Parishes have been very helpful. I wrote to all of them and they have directed me to family farms, churches, area museums, archives etc. connected to my family.
I don’t have anything to add about those villages, I’m sure the parishes have given you some good information. My only suggestion is to check out the Trelleborg viking ring fort and museum 20km South of Kirke Helsinge, if you are in to that sort of thing.
Google Maps allows offline map storage for 30 days.
Regarding cell coverage I suspect it might only be a problem in Kirke Helsinge. Lisbjerg and Nørre Vissinge are both quite close to Aarhus and in a more populated area, so you should be ok there.
Thanks everyone!
