Northern Jutland hikes

Hello,

We are planning to spend about 6 days in Jutland. We are thinking about dividing time between Aalborg and Aarhus as bases to visit places around. We'd like to do some nice hikes on coastline but don't have any specific plans yet. This will happen in the first week of May. Does anyone have any suggestions about what places are worth visiting around this time of the year? Any other tips?

Maybe it will be a bit cold, but that's the time I already picked so...

Thank you!

You will find some hikes on Komoot. Best translation by DeepL.

Be aware that weather changes very quickly at North Sea - weather forecasts e. g. by Windy are reliable 48-72 hours, not more.

a bit cold

Saying in this area: there is no bad weather, just wrong clothing.

If the weather is good, Bulbjerg is a nice cliffside and beach walk. It is about an hour’s drive northwest of Aalborg, if you will have a car.

MarkK, Thanks for the link. We'll have the appropriate attire, but it's nicer when the weather cooperates. But we have plenty of hot weather in Texas so we're OK with gloomy and chilly weather for a change.

Barb, this is looks really good. I've added it to my AllTrails app and it's on a way of other things we wanted to see. So thanks a lot for the tip.
