Luxurious stay outside of Copenhagen with bikes and ferries.

We arrive and depart from Copenhagen early June with 6 full days. I wish we had more but this is the end of a longer trip in England. We have been to Copenhagen and Stockholm a few years ago, thus our return. We loved both especially Copenhagen and I long to return to the Louisana Museum. Basically, I like the idea of going to a somewhat luxurious inn in the country and spending a few of our 6 days riding bikes, taking ferries and eating well coupled with a few days in Copenhagen. I would appreciate any suggestions. I am not interested that much in history including castles as this is our second trip.
