Rick Steves’ book does not mention buying tickets ahead. Does anyone have experience with this? We will be in Copenhagen 6/19 to 6/23.

Please note, that it is not necessary to make reservations for arrival / book time-slot prior to your Louisiana visit. Tickets to the museum can be bought at the museum. Tickets bought online are valid for single use within one year from the purchase date and can be used on any opening date. You will need a valid ticket or membership card even to access the Louisiana Cafe, Shop or Sculpture Park.

Hmmm. My friend and I went a random day in October and wished we had bought tickets ahead. We made it in, but had to wait in line a bit. My recommendation would be to buy in advance.

I visited that museum on a Friday in August two years ago. I did not buy tickets ahead. The museum was busy, but I did not have to wait.
