Looking for food tours in Copenhagen for two people

We will be in Copenhagen again in June of 2025 and would like to hire a guide for a food tour in Copenhagen. We were just there for a week several months ago and did the big tourist things. Looking for a more up-close-and-personal tour this three day visit. I would appreciate your tour guide or company recommendation.

I also cannot read these hours of the Amalienborg Museum:

01.01. / 11-19
02.01. – 12.01. / Closed Mondays. Tuesday – Friday: 10-15, Saturday – Sunday: 10-16
13.01. – 14.01. / Closed
15.01. – 07.02. / Closed Mondays. Tuesday – Friday: 10-15, Saturday – Sunday: 10-16

This takes more computing power than I have.

It’s not very well laid out. They’re using the 24-hr clock for the times, so from Tues-Fri they’re open from 10am-3pm, Sat & Sun from 10am - 4pm. Closed on Mondays, and it looks like they’re closed on 13 & 14 January too.
Take a deep breath, you can do it!

Thanks Amanda, but the top line is 01.01 / 11-19. What the heck is that?

1st of January they’re open from 11am-7pm. Use the same logic to work it out.

The top line is that on 1 January they are open from 11am to 7pm (1100-1900 in the 24 hour clock).

From 2 January to 7 February (except 13 and 14 January) open from 10am to 3pm (1000-1500) on Tuesday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday

Thanks for the help. I could understand the 24 hour clock and I could understand the format day/month/year. But I couldn't put it all together.
