In Copenhagen, Where are the neighborhoods that are more Danish and not so many tourists?

Where are the best places to get to know Danish people and how they live?

We will be there Oct 1-5, 2016

I'm always interested in getting to know people in different countries and how they live.

Where are the neighborhoods that are more Danish and not so many tourists?

The short answer: where there are no Tourist sights. Most tourists tend to stay in the City centre.

Consider Frederiksberg (more suburban and family-oriented feeling) or Norrebro or Vesterbro (have a more gritty, urban feel). All are interesting!

Christianshavn is residential, Christiania is, well, Christiania. As well as the prior post.

We stayed in Vanløse, which is convenient to both the trains and metro, and there were no other tourists there. It was nice that way. Copenhagen is areas of either very many tourists or very few tourists.
