help itenerary and transportation denmark nature

Hi. I´m taking my niece to Denmark for her high school graduation. She has expressed an interest in 4 places. Fur Island, White Cliffs of Mon, Lille Vildmose, and Moaning Bay. Trying to figure out the best route, public transportation, and hostels. We leave from Skælskør on July 2 and need to be in Copenhagen by July 9th. We don´t have to go to all the places and don´t mind suggestions to places closer to one área if we need to. However, she does want to explore nature, as do I. Thanks! JJ

Interesting choices. Fur, Lille Vildmose and Moaning Bay (it's called Jammerbugten in Danish, which does translate to moaning bay, but I doubt many danes would know it by that name and it will not appear on maps. You should also have a look at nearby Nationalpark Thy http://eng.nationalparkthy.dk/ instead) are all in Northern Jutland, whereas Møns Klint is in the opposite end of the country.
You should be able to get there by public transport, but it will probably be time consuming, so a car would make things much easier. look at www.rejseplanen.dk to plan all public transport in Denmark.

The is a shout to Morten for his advice on using rejseplanen.dk for all transportation planning. We just spent 6 days in Copenhagen (now on HS train to Stockholm as I write this) and we used it for ALL trips outside & within the city on our iPhone & laptop.

As we had the Copenhagen Card it was invaluable in planning what buses, metro and walking options throughout our trip!
