Has anyone stayed at Hotel Kong Arthur

We are coming for three nights in October and saw that Rick Steves recommended Ibsens hotel. Hotel Kong Arthur is part of the same group and just around the corner. Does anyone have any personal experience with it? It seemed maybe just a tad nicer than Ibsens although that one looked perfectly nice. We have two boys 10 and 7 to and the Kong Arthur rooms looked larger but it is hard to tell in pictures. Thanks!

My wife and I stayed there for seven nights in the fall of 2015. We would definitely stay there again. We booked one of the smaller rooms since it was just the two of us and we were barely in the room, but it was plenty big for us.

We didn't eat the hotel breakfast, as we preferred to go to bakeries in the area, but it looked awesome. We enjoyed the free "cozy hour" every afternoon, where the hotel bar serves a free beer or wine (or non-alcoholic drink for your two boys). In a city where two drinks could easily cost $20, it was nice. We booked using credit card points, but if you book directly through the hotel's website, you get free access to the spa. The staff was very friendly, and we were able to check into our room earlier than the check-in time.

The location, in my opinion, was excellent. It was very quiet in the evenings, and was walkable to most of Copenhagen. If you aren't inclined to walk too far, it is extremely convenient (a 5 minute or so walk) to the Norreport Station, and from there, you can get to pretty much anywhere on the island of Zealand. It's really close to the Rosenborg Castle and Torvehallerne.
