Is "Kartoffelrækkerne" a good location for a one-week rental in summer? We want good walkability to sites and restaurants, etc. as well as a safe and pleasant environment.
Thanks!

Yes, it’s a desirable area.
Called the “Potato Rows” after the potatoe crops that once were planted here, the houses are on a dozen streets and were originally built in the 19th-century for workers in Copenhagen. The houses look like identical row houses that might be difficult to distinguish from one another.
Well, the original homes which had no sewage system and little light 150 years ago became dilapidated. They were saved from the wrecking ball in the 1970’s, renovated and today Kartoffelraekkerne
Is one of the most expensive neighborhoods to buy a house in the city.
That’s urban renewal at its best!
Yes, it would be lovely ! very walkable and it's on the lakes, which are very pretty :)
