Fynbus problem?

I bought online 2 tickets to & from Odense & Faaborg from Fynbus website.

  1. I entered times i want to depart, and that time printed on the ticket, along with a time 2 hours 15 minutes later, instead of the arrival time (the actual trip is only approx 1 hour). Am I correct in assuming that the ticket thus shows a 2 hour 15 minute time frame to work within for departure times,? (for example from 14:20 to 16:35?)

  2. Some of the schedule entries on the website show warning alerts for various routes....I guess I should assume they are warning about construction or other delays and plan extra travel time accordingly?

  1. Sounds right that the 2 hours and 15 min is the time frame the ticket is valid in.
  2. I dont know when you are travelling, but i did a search for today and the warnings were for minor diversions on the route. It not something that should affect your trip and changes in travel times will always be updated on the journey planner, so there is no need to ad extra travel time.

Hi,

1) You are right. A Fynbus ticket from Odense to Fåborg and vice versa is valid for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Your ticket doesn't show the arrival time, but the time the ticket expires.

2) Those warnings are typically used for information about bus stops being moved due to road maintenance, etc. But without knowing the date, I can't look it up and check. If you don't want to share the date, maybe Google Translate can help you out.
