Hi all- we fly out of billund airport to Malta. Our flight is at 9:35am. Is it possible to get train to airport in time from Copenhagen or should we stay in billund the night before?

There is no train to Billund. You can get a train part of the way then you have to transfer to a bus. It will take about 2:30.
Go the night before.

The easiest way to solve the problem would be to book a flight from Copenhagen to Malta instead.
No, you can't get to Billund early enough the same morning, you need to spend the last night closer to Billund.

Thanks - the flights were much cheaper and faster on Ryan air instead of going direct. I’ll look into train/ bus and then we’ll leave night before we fly out.

How much cheaper? Enough to offset the cost of the train and bus to Billund?
And there is no way that flying from Billund to Malta will be faster than flying from Copenhagen.
