I know there isn’t a Faroe Islands forum, but wondered if any of you have any recommendations for me.
I will be visiting the Faroe Islands for about 2 weeks in early August. For one week I will be participating in a Knitting Workshop.

The Faroe Islands are wonderful. I haven't been in about 10 years but they are getting more crowded. I hope to return later this year.
I would suggest starting at the Faroe Islands official tourism site, Visit Faroe Islands
It's also good to note that buses in the capital, Torshavn, are free. However, buses out of town or to other places in the Faroes, are not free.
Thank you to all who commented. I secured a reservation at Aurora. It is definitely the easiest to get in and out of without a car.
Suggesting the Fly Bus into Reykjavik is a great idea. I will do that.
Luckily AI told me about the eclipse. I will discover Iceland another year.

Hi Jaz, What knitting workshop will you be attending there? I am a knitter also and would like to hear which program you are on. I just went on one to the Shetland Islands and had a wonderful time.
I want to visit Faroe also -visit the wool yarn shops and of course, buy some wool yarn to bring home.
