Hello RS partners. Solo male traveller with no car rental plans unless necessary. 16 days, not including travel day. Not sure of visiting season yet. Is this a very doable # to see and experience Denmark? Fly in/out Copenhagen. #of days in Copenhagen? I like to walk and visit all the general and varied places within their culture. ty.
Doable, check VisitDenmark for destinations.
Good time window.
Number of days in CPH depend on interests; 3-5 d usual.
I'm not sure I understand your question, but yes you can visit Denmark in two weeks.
Ty I will look up the Denmark link. ty
16 days are fine. Be sure to visit the the three largest cities: Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Odense.
Take train from city to city - unless you want to experince something new: https://www.seaplanes.dk/
Rent a car in each city, if you want to see something not easily covered by public transport.
I watched this Rick Steves video last night—Denmark beyond Copenhagen.

I think you could easily fill 2 weeks.
I’m in the pre-planning stage for a solo trip to Denmark for June 2026. I’m not sure when your trip is, but the new RS Scandinavia guidebook comes out this July. I was looking for a Rough Guides Denmark this morning and was disappointed to see they only have a pocket Copenhagen guide. Lonely Planet, not my favorite, has a Denmark guide that came out last summer.
Fodor's Essential Scandinavia (2023) isn't too bad. None of the Denmark guidebooks I've read have been as useful as Rick's, but this one is better than Lonely Planet's. I borrowed it from my library. https://www.amazon.com/Fodors-Essential-Scandinavia-Denmark-Full-color-dp-1640975756/dp/1640975756/ref=dp_ob_title_bk
