Is there a tour or private guide you recommend that will get us (and our luggage) in the morning at the airport, give a tour, and then drop us off at the ship?

Try googling "Copenhagen shore excursions" and a lot of possibilities will come up, that can be tailored to your needs. If you are arriving from North America, are you sure you can stay awake in a vehicle for such a tour?
