The train is by far the best way to travel between Copenhagen and Stockholm in my opinion. It's comfortable, fast and cheaper than flying. Book your ticket on sj.se. SJ uses a dynamic pricing system for their long-distance trains (just like airlines), and SJ trains can (and sometimes do) sell out, so book asap to get the best fares and secure yourself a spot on your preferred departure.

I always take the train. It's a beautiful ride through mostly rural scandavian landscapes.

As others have said, the train. Book as soon as possible at www.sj.se. Do not book anywhere else! If you are going next week, the cheapest tickets are sold out but they will only get more expensive. Also, 2nd class is perfectly fine. It is nothing like an economy seat in an airliner.
