Has anyone gone from Copenhagen across the Baltic to Northern Germany? I see there is a ferry involved - mostly for cars, but seems you can buy a pedestrian ticket.
I see there is a train and maybe a Flix bus also? Has anyone made this crossing?

Where are you going exactly in N Germany?
There are two different ferry crossings, Rødby-Puttgarten and Gedser-Rostock.
Usually when you buy a train ticket or bus ticket routing via one of the ferries, the ferry ticket is includet.

looks like bahn has a new bus? I can;t book it yet though...
Yes Bahn runs a bus service to Rostock. i think the train link all the way to Gedser has been discontinued years ago. Flixbus also has a bus on that route. Ferry tickets will be included in the bus ticket.
