My wife and I will be departing Copenhagen the morning of September 14 to arrive in Warnemünde around 15:00 (16:30 at the latest) to board a cruise ship that sails at 19:00. Is there a train to Gedser that will schedule with a ferry departing Gedser to Rostock/ Warnemünde that will arrive in Germany by 15:00 or 16:30? This would be too good to be true, but, by any chance can the train/ferry be booked together?

Ferry is not the simplest plan, requiring more connections. Please use the schedule links on my reply to your earlier question. The ferry connection can work in the summer if you leave Copenhagen at 6:00 a.m. The ferry schedule may be different in fall, or else not published, yet. You'll have to check further and/or later to confirm ferries for your date.
