I will be in Copenhagen on Sunday Feb 12th 2017 and was hoping people can advise options to do. I am mainly interested in Shopping (particularly smaller/independant shops & boutiques) but am worried all will be closed. What about stores on Stroget street or interior accessory & design stores like Design Torget etc? Also what about museums?

I can't help you with shopping. Denmark is expensive and I don't know what your would purchase there and get a bargain.

Yes Denmark is one of the design capitals of the world and good things are rarely cheap! I am not bargain hunting so if anyone knows any options for museums/activities/shopping on Sundays in Copenhagen please let me know.
