I'm researching the Nordic and Baltic countries for a hoped-for 2021 trip. I turned up information about the status of a couple Copenhagen museums that may be helpful to others doing preliminary planning. Both these places have been mentioned on this forum, though not often.
The Museum of Danish Resistance (Frihedsmuseet), Esplanaden 13, has been rebuilt on the original site following a fire. I don't know whether the new facility managed to open before COVID-19 shut everything down, but the website indicates it will reopen next month, on July 3. I see there's a combination ticket also covering the Danish War Museum (which I don't know anything about).
The Designmuseum Danmark, Bredgade 68, is currently closed for renovations. It is taking advantage of the forced COVID-19 closure to have the work done sooner rather than later. The museum will not reopen until the end of 2021 (or "late 2021", depending on which website language you go by).
