Hello, I'm looking for a tour company to take us to the Cliffs. So far, the tour companies I found, will let you off at the top of the cliffs with the option to walk down over 500 steps. But, with reading about this area, there is places to park where you would have less steps to walk down to the beach, but can't find a tour company that offers this option. Any tour that you know of that offers this, would be appreciated. Thank you, Lois
If you are interested in taking photos you shall consider being there in the morning hours for best sunlight, because the cliffs are headed to the East. Own experience: as part of a team creating catalogue photos for sailing yachts we were sailing up and down a few hours in front of the cliffs to have them as background motif. Finally the yacht manufacturer decided for the early morning test photos because it was the best light. So, I became a "photo model" although other people on board were planned for this role. I was just crew to support sailing maneuvers and optimize yacht trimming.
That said, maybe renting a car on your own is a good solution to be an early bird? Danish traffic is not so difficult to drive.
One more thought: after this intense winter with a lot of strong East wind and snow our white cliffs on Rügen (German Baltic Sea coast) had some larger rock blasting (article), the largest ones since 15 years. I do not know the situation or new security restrictions at Møn cliffs but maybe worth to ask the local tourist office before visiting.
I'm only aware of one bus tour to Møns Klint, but I may be ill informed. https://moensklint.dk/en/bustur-fra-koebenhavn/
So I concur with the advice above. If possible, consider renting a car. It's safe and easy to drive in DK.
