Is there a bus that runs from the Humlebaek St. to the Louisiana Museum? What are the hours of operation and frequency of the bus (if there is one)? If there is no bus are taxis readily available at Humlebaek and at the Museum? We want to arrive at the museum when it opens as our time is somewhat limited.
Go to google maps and you'll see the departure board. Looks like once an hour, at least on Saturdays. More info, in Danish, at: https://www.moviatrafik.dk/
There is also a cykelstation there.

Thanks for the responses. I went to the link noted by Morten and entered a time of 10:00 hr.; 2 busses popped up. Unless I was misreading what I found, one made the trip in 37 minutes, the other in 30 minutes, and there was 1 change on both busses. From what I could tell on a map, it doesn't appear to be a 30 minute trip. I would have guessed there would be a bus running directly between the two points.
It's about 1 km, but it looks like there is only one direct bus every hour, one at 9.52, 10.52 and so forth.
It is a pretty short walk - maybe 10-12 minutes. Unless you or someone in your party has limited mobility, I would definitely just walk. Even with the once-hourly direct bus that Morten referenced, you'd still have to time it perfectly to actually save time.
