We plan to take the train from Copenhagen to Billund which I know we actually need to take a bus from Vejle to Billund. Is the bus easy to find once we get off the train? Anyone know how much it costs and if we can pay in American $ or do we need some Danish kroner? So far we’ve been using credit cards for everything so have not had to exchange money. Thank you!

The buses are conveniently located right outside the entrance to the station.
A single ticket costs 62 DKK for adults. They do not accept USD, we use DKK in Denmark ;-) You can buy the ticket from the bus driver (cash only) or in the Sydtrafik app.
If you have a Rejsepas, all public transport is included in all of Denmark - also the bus to Billund. And if you get a "Standard" ticket from Copenhagen to Billund, that's valid on the bus as well (but Orange/Orange Fri tickets cannot be used on the buses).
