We will have just two and a half days in Copenhagen. Which neighborhood would be the most convenient to stay in inorder to maneuver our way around the city?

Hi!
You'll find that the highest concentration of the sights and attractions are located in Indre By, so that would be the obvious choice to minimize time spent on transportation.
That being said, public transport is pretty good in Copenhagen. As long as you stay within walking distance from a metro station, you can get around the city with easy 24/7.
