We have an early flight from Aarhus to Copenhagen on 8/25. The Flybus will take 1 hour from our hotel to airport. The schedule is not published but rather dictated by flight numbers. We don't see our flight number/time (SK1244 @ 9:40am) online at midttrafik.com.dk
How can we be sure there will be a bus?
I don't know why the bus doesn't show, but if you've used the same format as about (MM-DD-YYYY) then it doesn't work - you have to use DD-MM-YYYY.
When I look on Midttrafik’s website for route 925X (Aarhus Airport bus), there does seem to be a bus for SK1244 on 25 August, 2026. It does however also appear that it arrives at 09:40, which seems to also be the departure time for the flight. Do I have that right? If that’s the case, then it obviously doesn’t work.
Might be a good idea to reach out to Midttrafik and inquire about it.
EDIT - The arrival time confusion may be that I'm currently in another timezone. When looking at Rejseplanen, it appears to arrive 08:40. I encourage you to double check, of course, but here's a link to what I found.
Thank you for replying. If we arrive at airport 1 hour before our flight, is that enough time for 6 people to check luggage and catch flight. Would you recommend another means of getting there such as train or taxi?

Yes, 1 hour should be enough. It’s a small, modern airport, and the bus timetable is optimized specifically for your flight departure. But of course, you’ll have to go direct to check-in/bag drop when you arrive at the airport.
There’s no rail link to the airport, and the only regularly scheduled public transport between Aarhus and Aarhus Airport is the above mentioned bus line. If you prefer a taxi, that’s possible and according to my quick cost estimate it’ll be around 800-900 DKK for a regular taxi and 1000-1100 DKK for a taxi van. No need to tip.
