On the way to or from Aeroskobing [from Copenhagen], I was wondering if the Forsorgsmuseet [Welfare Museum] is worth a stop for someone who doesn't speak Danish.

Well, to be honest, we don't cover this site in any of our guidebooks so our researchers probably haven't been there. From the looks of it, it seems like it might be a really cool place to visit but you are right, it may not be worth it if you don't speak Danish. I think your best bet would be to contact them directly via email and ask if there are English translations of things there. info@svendborgmuseum.dk. I hope this helps some.
