It was a mess on my face after a sudden rain. The eyeliner I used was not so waterproof. So I need to buy some quality makeup that is waterproof. Can anyone recommend any good choice near the London Bridge? Thank you!

Boots is the largest pharmacy chain in the UK. It is a sister company of Walgreens.

If you are near London Bridge station there is a Boots in the station. Might not carry many lines but their No. 7 make up is good quality. There is also a M.A.C store in the station.
