I have CoVid travel credit
I have an email stating I have travel credit from walks of Italy. I have tried to contact thru email and phone without a response.
Any suggestions on how to use my travel vocher? I was given no reference number or code.
my email states as followed,
Please keep this email for your records and reference it for us when you are ready to redeem your Walks Travel Credit Voucher. Should you choose a tour(s) that is of greater value than your Travel Credit, you will need to contact us via phone to submit the additional payment.

I had this exact same issue, but I solved it by using the live chat feature on their website. You need to make sure that you are trying to use it during European working hours. They were able to find my credit without any difficulty and make reservations for me. In my case, I had received a credit for 150% of the original tour value and was able to not only reschedule my original tour for free, but add another tour in as well.
