My hubby and I will be arriving in Rome and driving to Umbria. Our home base is the Relais II Il Canalicchio for 6 nights. Our first day is the drive from the airport to The hotel so it will be mid afternoon before we arrive at the hotel. We have a tour of Assisi booked for the morning of the next day and that is all so far. I have done some research but am feeling a little overwhelmed now. Any suggestions for an itinerary that will let us see as much as possible is appreciated. Thanks a bunch. Lydia
