During our time in Sicily, we used Rick Steves recommended local guide, Francesca Giovatto. As mentioned in his Sicily tour guide, she is indeed an "effervescent" Ragusan. We had such fun with her during a tour of Siracusa that we also used her to tour three of the baroque towns: Ragusa, Modica, and Noto. If she had not another tour scheduled, we would have liked for her to guide us through the Valley of the Temples and the Villa Romana Del Casale.
