Arranged for a half-day (4 hour) private guided tour of Seville with a company called Naturanda. The name of the tour was "Magic of Seville". The tour lasted only 2-1/2 hours and given the high cost, we did not get what we paid for. The company refused to issue a partial credit. I would not use this company.

Does the company view the 2.5 hours as a half day tour? What does their printed material say in reference to half day? Verbal information is generally useless in this situation. What is printed and what is your understanding???? Half day is a pretty loose term. Were you expecting an 8-12 noon tour?

I am sorry that your tour did not meet your expectations. Out of curiosity, I cannot find a private tour called "Magic of Seville" on their website. I see one called "Enchanted Seville" private tour. Details for that tour says duration of 2 hours. Is that the one you took?
