We used a guide that happens to also be recommended by Rick Steves. Her name is Sara Cerri, Walking Tour Milan, https://www.walkingtourmilan.it/
She was excellent and very helpful in planning for our day. She obtained our tickets to the Last Supper, as well.

For those recommending Bella Milano, could you give us an idea which tour you took and the price?
We will be in Milan in September. I went to their website but there is no pricing or length of tours. I really hate contacting guides without some ballpark number of the cost or time. If they are out of our price range I would rather not contact them.
