Those look to be all 3rd party sites and not purchasing directly from the museum.

We purchased the Firenze Card, and it worked out well for all the big sites.

If you want to buy individual tickets, make sure you are purchasing from the official sites for each museum to get the best price (get website's out of the RS guide book or just make sure on your google search you end up at the official sites).

It might help if you'd tell us which you museums you're interested in? Yes, the Firenze Card (which covers entrance to a number of them within a 72-hour time period) is an option but here are the official ticketing sites for some of the biggies if not having time enough or interest enough to make good on the card.

Duomo and complex:

Uffizi, Accademia, Palazo Pitti, San Marco, Bargello and some others:

There is a combo ticket that covers the Uffizi, Pitti and the Boboli Gardens and is good for 3 days. It is the "Intero Cumulativo 3 giorni." choice for adult tickets on the Uffizi ordering page on the b-ticket site. It is "Gratuito Cumulativo 3 giorni." for children under 18.

Always use the official sites to book tickets all over Europe.

Just to add, we didn't have any trouble with long queues at the Bargello, Pitti or San Marco so I don't think you need to pre-purchase tickets for those. The one exception would be if you want to pre-purchase the combo ticket for the Uffizi, Pitti and Bargello. If you want to see all 3, it's less expensive to buy this single ticket than to buy them individually. Buying in advance on the b-ticket site will also allow you to choose a timed-entry slot for the Uffizi that will allow you to skip the long ticket line there (but not the security queue).

Not necessarily, IMHO. Again, it depends on how much time one has in Florence and what one wants to see?

The Firenze Card costs 85€. Say our OP only wants to do the Uffizi, Pitti and Accademia? An adult ticket for the Accademia on the b-ticket site is €12, and they can get the Uffizi/Pitti/Boboli Gardens combo ticket for €38. That's 4 attractions (Boboli is a bonus) for €50 or €35 less than the card. That's a €70 savings for two adults. So you have to do the math?

If one just wants the Accademia, Uffizi and Pitto with no Boboli, that would be €24 (Uffizi) + €19,00 (Pitti) + €12 (Accademia) = €55 if purchased from the b-ticket site: €5 more than purchasing the combo Uffizi/Pitti/Boboli combo ticket.
