My sister, sister-in-law and I will be in Provence in early October and we have booked a wine tour with Olivier Hickman (recommended in RS France guide). He and I have been emailing and he seems friendly and pleasant. Has anyone done a tour with him? Was it a good experience? Thanks for your feedback.

We were with Olivier just last month. And we had tours with him twice in 2022. He is wonderful. So knowledgeable but accessible. He has great contacts with the wine makers. And he happily customizes to your preference or interests. The different groups we took out with him had varied levels of wine experience but he was great with all. I would say the best wine guide we have had in any area. Enjoy your time with him!
