Looking to follow my grandfather's footsteps in those three locations. He was 3rd platoon leader of Easy Company (BOB). For those of you who have gone that route, in terms of using private tours, how much can I expect to pay for those guides? Thanks!

SRS, we used a private tour guide for the Normandy and Dieppe beaches. The guide we used is an American from Michigan that has lived in France for 30 years. She works on connecting Americans, or Canadians, with locations that their family members have worked in or are buried. She will put together an itinerary to your specific interest, not a generic tour guide. We used Diane's services in 2019. Diane has also worked with the American Military to erect a memorial to the Rangers that served in the Dieppe Raid of 1942.
