DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a disgrace and their customer service is horrendous!
I had tried to get a refund from them for an Unused ticket, for a day trip to Paris. I had sent them an email the day before, stating my mother could not make it and was in the hospital, which they said they never received, how convienient, for them to say that. They even called yesterday and said they would, then I received 3 nasty emails today from them stating they werenot going to refund my money. They were very nasty and even due to extunuating circumstances they will not refund my ticket. On the other hand Premier Inns in London were wonderful and refunded the hotel stay for the entire week for my mother. I highly recommend Premier Inns when you are looking for a hotel.
Once again make sure you do not even consider using this tour group.
