Planning a trip to Cairo

Thanks to the helpful information I found on a travel blog, our visit to Cairo was a wonderful experience. 🇪🇬
Our guide Zezo, an Egyptologist and a bright young man studying for his master’s degree, was extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. We learned so many fascinating things about the ancient world. He kept us moving so we could see many places, and his recommendations made the day perfectly planned.

Together with our driver Ahmed, whose driving skills in Cairo traffic were amazing, they made visiting the pyramids, the Cairo museum, and the city smooth, easy, and very affordable.

Their contact details are below and they are both reachable on WhatsApp if anyone is interested.

Yeah I don’t know where you’ve been but many are choosing to avoid Egypt for now - not Egypt's fault but it is what it is , my employer was booked to leave next week for 3 weeks in Egypt but they just decided to cancel and go elsewhere now .

The “RS” logo below the thread’s title and above the OP’s name makes it look like the OP is an employee of Rick Steves’ Europe.

Patricia is one of our tour guides, hence the logo. Consider this a trusted review. Keep in mind that our guidelines re unsolicited guide reviews are about keeping unknown entities from effectively promoting themselves. That's not what this is.

totally understand if someone needs to cancel. I just really appreciate being able to connect here through the forum, and I’m especially grateful for the contact information that was shared here. I had such an amazing time and it was very affordable, so I hope you’ll keep me in mind when the time comes. My experience was honestly wonderful. Thanks again!
