Perouges seems over looked by Rick Steves

and I used Rick Steve's guide to Provence and Cote for months to plan, I was on a Viking River Cruise on the Rhone. We had two tours a day, I know Rick is into exploring on your own, but the tours are part of the "Delling" and included, and the ones we paid for were so worth it. Also in Nice, through VIATOUR. This was so fab, to get to "hard to get to places" with a tour escort. Not expensive and given the price of car rental and gas, it feels like everything is different with travel post Covid. Let's face it, it's complicated to get back to the US or to know what is appropriate in masking/not masking.

Each tour I booked before going there was largely based on recommendations by RS, but he doesn't even mention Perouges and maybe a couple of other places that are hard to get to Baux? My point is if you are ever in that area. SEE THESE PLACES.

We didn't go to the Camargue as it FELT like Rick was not thrilled about it, others did and loved it, but having said that, we've seen Flamingos in Bonaire/Curacao and horses in Assateague etc. I feared the mosquito, i think Rick even spoke of that. Regardless, 99% of his book is right on, I just hope in the next addition he mentioned Perouges.
Please Rick?

If anyone has any other questions? Feel free to ask.
