Paris Walks always has some great offerings and inexpensive,

On the other end of the scale, Paris Muse and Paris by Mouth are a little pricier but excellent.

My sister and I spent a wonderful day in Reims. We took the early (fast) train from Paris EST to Reims early enough to give us time for exploring Reims and having lunch in a most wonderful restaurant (Cafe du Palais) before meeting our guide for our visit to a few small champagne cellars. We met our Ala Français guide along with 5 other tourists at the train station in Reims, It was an eclectic and fun group. Our guide was from England but now lives in Reims, one couple was from Finland, one a Parisian, one an American living in Paris and another American visiting from NYC. It was a lovely tour including some history, champagne samplings as well as snacks and more champagne, cheese and bread treats. I would recommend it highly. We opted for the half day tour as we wanted to spend some time in Reims before the tour but I believe there was also a full day option.
