We looked online for ideas to spend our last day in Pamplona. We checked and this was the number 1 rated "attraction" online. It is a food and wine tour of Pamplona but included a great walking tour of the city. Bea is a local of Pamplona as is her husband. She knows the history of the city and the San Fermin Festival (think running with the bulls) better than anyone. She took us to a "Pennas" to learn about the ways and traditions of this type of local food and wine club. She also took us back to her shop to sample local wines and foods of the region. She was very gracious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services. She speaks fluent English.
I know with more advanced notice she has taken people around the area for 1/2 day food and wine experiences or more. Again, check online for Pamplona Food using Tripadvisor. You'll see that she is #1 in the city.
