Options for Global Greeters - neighborhood walking tours

We are heading to Paris, ending up in Barcelona. We've had a nice experience with a Paris Greeter and have booked a neighborhood tour with them again. But in Barcelona, I find no Global Greeter program. What are the similar programs I might find in Barcelona and elsewhere? We like getting to know the people of the area......

I would start with the TI when you hit Barcelona. Over the years we have had a number of excellent walking tours through the TI.
