Do you know of any good tours in CInque Terre? I enjoy sightseeing, beaches, good food and hiking. Thanks for your input.

They do wine and gourmet tours, hiking tours, personalized tours...I used them twice for accommodations and they have (or had at least) a storefront in Vernazza. I have not used them for a tour tho. But they were very prompt and helpful replying to my emails.
IMO. You don't really need to pay for a tour in Cinque Terre. The villages are all connected by hiking on clear illustrated and marked paths, plus they are all connected by rail. The villages are so small, you can't possibly get lost. Just read as much as you can about the area in travel books and follow reviews of restaurants, hotels, etc. We saw all five towns completely and never thought of a guide. I would save money on a tour guide and spend it on something else. It is a beautiful spot.
I wasn't aware of guided tours in CT. But one thing I wish I'd done was take a local cooking class or similar. Also, a tour of the vineyards, if that's offered.
