Based on a Rick Steve recommendation, I booked a walking tour for Oct 4, 2022. Credit card was charged. I've since sent 3 messages via the website to confirm that we will need a second guide for our second group. No response since submitting credit card for payment. Is Amsterdamsel still operating? Thank you

I believe I panicked, and I don't want to give a negative impression about Amsterdamsel. I reread Larae's (the founder of the company) July 12 email in which she said once the first group was booked, arrangements for the second could be made as late as two weeks in advance of our tour date. I would have appreciated if she replied to one of my later messages, even if just to confirm and say, I told you all this already. But I am taking her at her word. And I look forward to sharing my thoughts about the tour with you all when we return from Amsterdam.
