Good Day Tours in Santorini and Naxos

We will be flying to Santorini for a 3 day stay after the RS Sept Greece Tour. Then we will ferry onto Naxos for 4 days before flying back to Athens. We'd appreciate any recommendations as to good private tour companies, your experiences, and any advice about ferrying from Santorini to Naxos. Many thanks!

I don't understand the need for a tour on these islands. Santorini is so small. Rental car for a day to visit Akrotiri and to see the beaches. Take buses between Fira and Oia.
In Naxos, with a car you could explore the mountain villages too.
