going to Naples or Pompei? tour guide Pina Esposito is a MUST

I had the pleasure to be given a private tour of Naples by Pina Esposito, who I found listed in the Rick Steves' Italy guide book. For full disclosure I should mention that I am a local guide for Volterra, Tuscany who is listed in the Italy guide book as well. But I think that makes me not biased, but perhaps a more difficult client than most, and in my opinion Pina really was top-notch.
I spent a long time researching who the "best" guide of Naples would be, and my colleagues unanimously said Pina.... and I agree.
I think that Naples (but also Pompei, Herculaneum and the other archeological sights in the area) are places where it is HUGELY important to have a great guide - it is the closest thing you get to a "guarantee" for a fabulous trip.
Pina's cell phone is +39-3387634224 (if dialling from the U.S. replace the + with 011); and her email is [email protected]

Is it possible to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples Museum in one day? Or is this too much to cram into a day?
