We recently completed a one and half-day tour with Phiippe Mouret, who is recommended in Rick Steves France Guide Book. We contacted him months ago and exchanged emails on what we wanted to see in the Dordogne Valley, and he also had suggestions. He picked us up at our hotel in Sarlat in his very comfortable taxi and had made reservations for us when they were necessary. He speaks excellent English. He adjusted our visits to what we could physically handle (we are both 75), and, in all, we had about 12 hours of lively conversation with him on many subjects. We learned and saw so much, and he enriched our travel experiences beyond our expectations.
